I agree, but it's endless anyway.

Several weeks ago I had tried sending to Hotmail in order to get a sample of an aggregate report from them; and I'm still receiving empty reports from them every day. It's not a loop but just a bug in Hotmail, but anyway it's annoying.

OK, I'll filter out messages with line matching this:
 /^Subject:\s*Report\s+Domain: .* Submitter: .* Report-ID:/i

However it would be nice to have a special header like
"X-DMARC-Report: aggregate" or something to be defined in the standard.
