contact the sender. He is responsible to update each domains rua/ruf
destinations.

that's one of the goals of dmarc:
getting information about mails send *not* by you but with *your* name.

I tried the changing the DMARC record even taking off from the DNS
settings field, but we still receive those aggregate reports.
report the misbehaving players directly here. Mostly it will be fixed
really fast.
