OpenDMARC handles any number of A-R fields with any combination of results
reported.   (Or, at least, it¹s written to do so.)

In terms of signatures, prior to v2.10.0, OpenDKIM had to be configured to
look at and report all signatures rather than just looking for the first
one that passes.

There are specific user lists for those packages though, if this is a
software issue rather than an ecosystem issue (this list is meant for the
latter, I believe).
