http://search.cpan.org/dist/Mail-DMARC/

and the report format definition:

http://search.cpan.org/dist/Mail-DMARC/lib/Mail/DMARC/Report/Aggregate.pm

If you received a report from me (or another site that uses Mail::DMARC), you'd
get a report that follows the 2013 draft. To the letter. I haven't read the
latest draft in enough detail to assure that is still the case.

While writing Mail::DMARC, I noticed a number of anomalies in the reports I was
receiving. Upon reporting on those issues to the dmarc-users mailing list, all
of them (except a hotmail issue) got a "oops, we'll fix that," response. I
haven't gone back to see if I can remove the "tolerate this malformation in a
report" shims, but my assumption is that I can remove most of them.
