DMARC changes are not off the table for Yahoo. Right now, the option that
best serves the majority of our customers is one that also has unpleasant
consequences for a significant number of people (our customers and
others). We would vastly, vastly prefer a world where that was not true,
or even where it was less true.
So changes that maintain effective protection for users who are being
targeted by attackers with addressbook information, with less disruption
to email that people want, are of great interest to us.
