This handling of unrecognized tags is another change from existing DKIM:
"3.6.1. Textual Representation
...
The
current valid tags are described below. Other tags MAY be present
and MUST be ignored by any implementation that does not understand
them."
So receipt of a message signed in the new form will likely produce an
incorrect signature validation, since
(1) the new tag's semantics won't be applied and
(2) the new rule for unrecognized tags won't be applied.
