There are some minor problems / open questions with the ABNF for dmarc-fo and the obsolete size specification for rua/ruf tags that need to be resolved, as well as some text that should be shaped up. I'm assuming the holidays cause additional delay in the discussions about it. This is all minor, and should not require a wide re-review of the entire document. I'm working on a pull request.
