IANA is requested to change the "Identity-Alignment" entry in the
"Feedback Report Header Fields" registry to refer to this document.
dmarcbis says nothing else about Identity-Alignment, it is defined in
failure reporting, so I suppose the section should be removed from dmarcbis.
