Not trying to be cute, but when I check the Charter states/history it
indicates that -03 was approved on June 5th. Does the six month timer
start from one of the earlier submission dates, like June 13th for
revision -02? Or do we need to allow 30 days for external reviews before
IESG gets it?
I would certainly rather see it submitted to IESG by November 6th than
even a day later, but I see some review threads that appear to still be
open... Just trying to understand if we've already blown the deadline or
not.
