I don't think we get much leverage from that. We don't have the resources to improve either the number of open bugs, or the age of the oldest bug, by enough that anybody would care. By contrast... REGRESSIONS. There actually aren't very many of them. Eliminating them is an achievable goal. The oldest D2 regression is just a spec issue: http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2680 And the earliest D2 compiler regression looks straightforward: http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=4525 Regression(2.020) Array member call syntax can't find matches in current class But the single most embarassing bug, is still this regression: http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=4854 "Hello, World" segfaults on OSX 10.5 That one still makes me shudder. _______________________________________________ dmd-internals mailing list [email protected] http://lists.puremagic.com/mailman/listinfo/dmd-internals
