the best compressor i ever used was a
drawmer... i think it was 1960 or something like that. as for the dbx that i
used, never complained about them.

i was
wondering if anyone has any sort of opinion about drawmer vs. dbx compressors.
I'm just wondering about comparing like the dbx 1066 vs. the drawmer dl241.
Which sounds better? is it worth goin for the drawmer... i've heard someone
say dbx makes better comps, and drawmer makes better gates.. i haven't had
much experience on drawmer compressors yet. if they were each at the same
price which would you buy.
