This is weird. I have never experienced problems with Fruity like this, and when you
look at it logically it's practicaly impossible.

Fruity's sound engine is used for wav-rendering, and also for playback. So in theory,
if
you configured your export file format properly (which you stated earlier), it should
be
of better quality than when you play it out through your soundcard, then re-record it
in
another program.

Fruity > engine > wav-file
Fruity > engine > soundcard > recording software > wav

this makes sense, but doesn't help you a bit.

The only thing I can think of though is something that reminds me of a wei
rd bug they had
in an earlier version of Fruity.
In some version (can't remember which one) the TS404 synth sounded quite different when
you rendered it to wav (or anything else) compared to what you could hear when you
played
it in the sequencer.

Maybe one of the plugins you're using is causing a simular effect?
Try disabling all your plugins before you render a wav-file, see if that makes a
difference. Maybe there's something weird going on with a certain plugin that's
effecting the whole track.

Also, I'm wondering if you have this problem with any other tracks?
If you don't, then there has to be something "wrong" with this one.

Hope this helps,
see ya,
Jrgen.
