Easy way to start:

1. Create new empty 44.1khz mono wav file about 2 seconds in length
2. use SF Simple synthesis to create a sine wave, 60Hz, 2 secons in
length
3. Use SF pitch bend (down) over the course of the 2 seconds to create
what is commonly called a 'drop sub'
4. add a very slight element of distortion
5. send to sampler
6. either use as bass on own, or layer with other sounds.....
