I am assuming you don't already have any software, or hardware, so I recommend; ReCycle, Reason, and Soundforge...Then.......   1. Grab a handful of loops 2. Run them through a noise gate in Sounforge, and play about with the EQ and some effects (light phase+distortion is nice for hard jungle style breaks) 3. Load them into ReCycle, and use this to chop up the loop into its individual parts 4.
