neither, apparently a playstation with music 2000 is the way forward according to one of our newer members :-)
Can't say I've had the pleasure. But a music package for a games console that is genuinely good (if there is, or will be one) and dosen't mean you have to have much knowledge of things technical is definately a bad thing for all those up-their-own-arse, wannabee producers that say you can only make something decent if you spend about 1.2 billion pounds/dollars/deutsch marks/francs/etc. etc.
People who tend to have 15 books on synthesis but never got anywhere....
Personally, I say "It don't matter what you use, as long as you get a good end product without being too blatant in your stealing"
