Sounds like an IRQ conflict with your card, are you having problems with
sound otherwise? Or just Logic. Try setting you desktop graphics to 16 bit,
I have found that logic 5 likes that a lot more, you will end up sucking up
cpu cycles with 32 bit enabled for some reason. wierd i know.
