I Would Agree. Personally this is what i'm Doing. I went to a good ass
website (www.prorec.com) and this guy built a Thunderbird PC (
http://www.prorec.com/prorec/articles.nsf/articles/D6A94D6B2F7DA99186256A7F0
0747CC9 )

Anyway its ideal, runs hard and it will be good for sound. A good sound card
i would suggest an RME Soundcard. If your going to do it do it once.
Additionally i would suggest getting a pair of Mackie HR824's and/or also
always have a good pair of Mobile DJ Equipment especially some sort of bass
heavy equipment. I am a strong believer in your music will mostly be played
on this so hear what it will sound like. Anyway i also suggest in the future
look for a mixing console (mackie 1604VLZ-Pro?), a Keyboard (At least a midi
controller), and a sampler (Emu Baby!). Also look at controlling how the
sound flows in your "studio." Very cheap but is very ideal.

Peace out
Trk.
