I am forwarding this message because I know this girl, and I know she speaks
the truth. She is an avid drum and bass enthusiast that is devoted to the
music & culture like the rest of us. I know Kingsley is on this list and
probably well regarded - and that's why I'm sure he has a valid explanation
for this. Please shed light, and if it's miscommunication - then please fix!
:)

Respect.
Brian.

Subject: Vinyl Net warning -- buyers beware

I wanted to warn you that Kingsley Marshall / Vinyl Network has ripped me
off for US $140. I agreed to be in the record pool in January; I was billed
once in February and again in March, and I never got any records. I have
sent 5 emails, ranging from the polite inquiry to final warnings, and I have
gotten NO RESPONSE. Yesterday, April 25th I posted a message to the forum to
generate a response, and it was deleted by the moderator within 24 hours.
If this is the kind of business that VN operates with American customers
then I'll stick with my other distributors. I have filed a legal dispute
against VN, but it's more important to me that other jungle enthusiasts,
dj's and artists know that this is a scam that will not be tolerated. Please
forward this information to anyone that this may concern, and don't hesitate
to contact me personally if you wish to confirm these charges.
keep it real,
shannon doah kitson
