Just to throw an extra confusion. i had a problem with a delayed order, then i've sended him an email about that.... the order arrived few days after the email and he offered a discount because of the inconvenience. He told it might be postal delay, but the order was made mounths before and the post stamp had less than a week on it. also he has some internet mail tracking that never worx
