I had a korg trinity do that for a while once in another studio, it was actually just a bad ground with the wall outlet wiring. I tryed another outlet and it was fine. Try plugging it into a different outlet and test that. If it's not that and this just came on suddenly, I'm guessing that the circuitry in your mixer got shorted out, maybe power hitting the metal case on the mixer etc.
