Everything you post to mp3.com becomes the property of mp3.com, in perpetuity. They reserve the right to do whatever they want with it, and remunerate you as they see fit.

Furthermore, the amount of pure crap there is on the site pretty much precludes get much of anything heard.

YMMV, and that's just been my experience. If you're any good, just start approaching indie labels instead...
