Anyway, thats as far as I'm gonna go as its not exactly a "production" topic is it? ;)

Subject: [dnb-prod] London Music Scene VS USA scene
Date: Sun, 30 Mar 2003 14:10:26 EST
Dear List,
I recently got into a heated argument with a friend that the US scene
is better than the London scene. As a good junglist and ardkore exponent I
felt the need to defend London and the UK to the last man. My points were
that the US doesnt have the right conditions to really have a music scene
like that in London. For instance they dont have pirates and the production
quality seems lower. So anyways, I feel kind of silly defending London since
Ive never really been there (in mind my friends I go there all the time when
I listen to Jungle). However since most of you are from the UK you can
really tell me, is music in Britain really that much better? Is the whole
underground really that much more hardcore? Does the restricted Record
Industry and Media in America really hurt our scenes that much?
Thank you for answering this post, I hope this query is not random and
irrelevant to music production.
