Hmm...interesting. How do you find T Racks? I've never got on with it really, its seems a bit heavy handed.

Have you you ever thought about backing off all that stuff and going a bit more "minimal"? All those machines are going to add their own quirks to your mix...just a thought :)

I guess it depends on the sound you're going for...

Re; Ozone, on the main inserts on the mixer I use a Alesis compressor, thru an Ultrafex and then a tube UltraQ before recording into the PC.

Then I use Cool Edit Pro and T Racks for mastering and its fine once the tune has got to that stage, its just when I am half way through making it i get p*ssed off with wanting it to sound a bit more like it should do when its finished, hehe... Patience eh?
