Easy to do this if you're running all Midi. If you're in cubase/logic etc. you can just insert a "tempo track" and then draw a line to speed up speed down as you want.
Audio is a bit trickier... the best suggestion I can make is to use ACID and
insert lots of "tempo change" markers (ie: 175-170-165-160-155-150) and slow
it that way...
Or just use SoundForge and the pitch bend effect.
But it depends on what you mean by the tune keeping "d'n'b tempo at all times", though. Do you want to slow it down or just pitch it down?
