Wont this chage the tempo though?!?! is there a pitch change track you can add - so that the tempo stays the same?

If you're in cubase/logic etc. you can just insert a "tempo track" and then draw a line to speed up speed down as you want. Audio is a bit trickier... the best suggestion I can make is to use ACID and insert lots of "tempo change" markers (ie: 175-170-165-160-155-150) and slow it that way... -----Original Message----- From: Daniel Norman [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, September 15, 2003 9:50 AM To: Drum & Bass Arena Discussion List Subject: [dnb-prod] Smack my Pitch up Just a quick question, but does anyone know how you slow down a tune in mid flight and then pitch back up again using a sequencer - or can you only do this in audio? In either case, how do you do it so that the tune sounds like it changes speed throughout its length? I heard a great tune by Nu-tone (Goes Around) that slows right down, but is still d+b tempo at all times (it was mixed in and out) and I have heard Paradox do this in his live shows too.... Its a cool effect, but I don't know how it can be done. Any info??? Cheers Dan --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
