Use the spam_npost setting in dnews.conf.
Can you just adjust the number appropriately?  Or are you wanting to
limit the
user to less than 24 posts per day?  Basically that setting just slows
the
user down if they are posting too fast.

You can set spam_debug true in dnews.conf if you want it to let the user
know
the message was rejected because DNews thought it was spam however we
don't
recommend you do that other than for testing.  It is probably not an
ideal
solution though.  Let us ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) know if you have any
