Hi,

The feature only applies to new multipart uploads.

What happens to those multi-part messages that were in the 'old' style 
spool directory?
They are unchanged until an expire removes them.

For multi-parts that were incomplete when the multi-part option was turned on,
DNEWS does make some attempt during the first 30 minutes of the feature 
becoming
active to allow them through to the previous parts.

After the first 30 minutes, all multipart messages go into the new 
multi-part directory.
