You need to get an active.names file so you have names for your newsgroups.
There is one on our ftp site you can download (it's often called the
'newsgroups' file as thats
the name inn uses to refer to it)
ftp://ftp.netwinsite.com/pub/dnews/newsgroups.Z
or
ftp://ftp.netwinsite.com/pub/dnews/newsgroups
Copy it to 'active.names' in the workarea
Then restart dnews and the xgtitle command should work.
