Remember incoming and outgoing news feeds are separate entities there is
no real 1/1 relationship (although the admin tool sometimes guesses that there
is as it is usually right if it does), so what you should do is remove the 
!*.binaries from the
newsfeeds.conf as the single outgoing feed can work for both incoming
feeds.
