Hi, sorry no there isn't another manual, in general the templates are 
'html' with 'extra bits' so as long as you
leave the extra bits alone you should be able to modify the html to produce 
any appearance you want.

I recommend you do this by editing the raw html rather than trying to use a 
wysiwyg editor like frontpage

Anyway the basic answer is, if you can't find something in the manual for 
webnews email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and you can get any specific questions answered.
