A month ago, I entered the following in the dnewsweb.ini file:
# Specifies the default sorting order
sort_order date
However, older articles are still appearing before newer articles. Is there
any way to verify the articles are being sorted by date(i.e. log file or a
telnews command or viewing one of the *.xov files)? I viewed one of the
*.xov files for a particular group, and the latest files where neither at
the top nor the bottom. The file was not sorted in any particular order??
