Ok, there are three things you need to check and then fix if necessary.
1) Is dnews getting items in the groups you want, if not work through
the manual page on incoming feed problems

2) Is dnews successfully sending any new posts it gets to
exchange, if no what
error does it get. To test this post a message, then examine dnews.out, it
should either
say the message was sent, or was rejected - and why, if you can't figure
out the error
send me dnews.out and newsfeeds.conf and dnews.conf
3) Is exchange configured to send an ihave feed to dnews, my guess
is it's not, this
probably needs adding somewhere in exchange
