Well, I have been running DNEWS for a few years now and have had very few
problems. Well things went bad a few days ago and the server actual lost a
few hard drives. I am in the process of building a new server with win2k
but have one problem. I can't find my key for DNEWS. I checked what
e-mails I could still get to but no luck. I can get dnews up on the old
system (sort of) and was wondering if there is a command to get the license
back out. I guess if you never have to re-install you don't need to
remember the key but now I have to know mine to install on a new machine.
Is the key specific to the machine cause I am going to give the new machine
the same name and ip address? The name of my company is Camden Computers,
Inc.. If there is no way to extract it can I get someone Netwinsite to send
it to me to the email address you have on file for us. I hope we can get
this by this weekend as I hope to be online again. Thanks in advance.
