In general, upgrading dnews is quick and painless unless you are going
between major versions (e.g. 4.xx 5.xx) and even then it should be automatic
even if it's not super quick or reversible.
So you just install the new version, the install scripts automatically
detect your
current version and no configs are erased it just updates the binaries.
