Hi

Before you use max_speed 20000 read following from the manual:

Limits the speed, in characters per second, that any channel can send news
into dnews.  NOTE: Ignored if set to exactly 20000, so don't use the value
20000.  Also ignored if thread_in true is set (which is the default on some
platforms so add thread_in false to ensure this works)


Is it possible that in the future to get max_speed to work with thread_in
true ?
