Ok, firstly there might be a better solution if you let us know why you are
doing
this it's possible some of the virtual domain features might do the job.

but assuming not you do it like this:
    ./dnews -conf  otherdnews.conf

And setup otherdnews.conf to not conflict with the main one, so
    port 9119
and different path settings.
