Hi,

Add the entry

    port xxx

in your dnews.conf file, where xxx is the port number you wish to use. If
you are running multiple servers on one system, make sure you are specifying
the correct .conf file on the command line (this is the equivalent to
dnews.conf) as this setting will be taken from that file instead.
