Ok, by default it binds to all nics, if you specify bind_in then it only
binds to that single nic.
However you can also use the 'listen_extra' setting to bind to additional
nic/port combinations.
So in general you would do this.
don't use bind_in as that would stop it listening on the other nic
tell your subscribers to use a name that translates to the nic you want
them to use.
Possibly use bind_out if you need to but you probably don't
