They occur when an input thread is waiting for a command and the channel
is closed by the remote end (this shouldn't be generating an error line
as above it's really quite normal we will fix the logging of this so it
does not give this incorrect error log line)
If you news feed is working you can ignore this, if you news feed is
not working then you need to investigate further.
