The extra line goes BELOW the $lookup$ line.

e.g.

*:read,post:$lookup$:$lookup$:!*:users=20,con=10
*:read,post:::open.*:users=50,con=10
*:read,post:,groups=limit1::limit1.*:addonly
*:read,post:,groups=limit2::limit2.*:addonly
*:read,post:,groups=limit3::limit3.*:addonly
