Hi, You say dnewsweb.exe works on the news server. Are you connecting to an HTTP server on your news server with your browser, or trying to connect to a local copy of dnewsweb?
Assuming you have dnewsweb.exe and dnewsweb.ini configured correctly, it shouldn't make any difference where you connect from, so my guess is you're connecting to the wrong copy of dnewsweb. Make sure your browser is pointing to the correct dnewsweb binary on your HTTP server, and change the 'newshost' setting to the IP address of your news server. Failing that, I'm not sure exactly what you're doing. Could you send us dnewsweb.ini, and information on how your network is configured (local IP addresses, and where dnewsweb, your HTTP server, and dnews are running, and a description of where dnewsweb appears to work from). - Roydon L. > <01a701c21710$e84c8640$0300000a@slave> > X-NGX-Sender-IP: 169.71.97.21 > X-NGX-Proxy-IP: Proxy not detected > > thank you > > > > however both are not my case > > my dnews.conf don't have "bind_in" > > and dnewsweb.exe works on the news server > > > > is there anything need to add to dnews.conf ?
