Hi I work for an ISP and one of our customers tried
to download his email using outlook express but reckons not all of them came
thru. Apparently dmail said he had
about 132 emails waiting, but oe only downloaded 102. Now when he checks dmail it says there are still 30 emails waiting, but oe won't get them. I have checked his mailbox on our system, and also by telneting in directly and it shows no emails. When i login to dmail with his username and password , it does in fact say 30 emails are there. "Rebuild message indexes" does nothing. Both he and i have tried it. You can quite happily read all 30 emails that dmail is showing too. Its bizzare. If anyone has any ideas on what the problem could be and how to fix it I would be grateful. Thanks
