You want to get copies of Googles archived messages?
As far as I know they have exclusive control over all archives that are now part of their system :(
While it is technically possible to suck items from them, as the articles are available in a plain-text format approximating the original source, you would need to ask them to supply access to the archives ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). Automated queries are against the T&C of Google.
I requested access to the archives for a single group once, and didn't ever get a reply.
