I don't think there is a built in features in DNews to give you this information. You can however extract the relevant reject lines from dnews*.in -

I cannot find a report or tellnews command that will indicate the number of rejected articles by newsgroup. Does Dnews track this? It would be helpful to find groups that you may want to add because articles are being rejected due to the fact that they do not exist in the active file.
