..I see no real need for Norwegian translations, our exposure to the
English language and our education on it effectively makes it "our
public language when abroad." 

..I'd be much more worried about immigrants to Norway, and they'll need
Devuan docs in their own native language, and they are not too likely
to understand why they need it, e.g. my Somali neighbors (whom I made
translate the IpCop.org docs into Somali in return for free internet
access), never understood the need for computer firewalls.
