One of the things I have "some issues with" is the introduction of a new TLD,
especially one that is a so-called IDN name.

The delegation appears in the root and then later information appears in the
IANA WhoIs. In this case, there is "something" in the WhoIs, but nothing much
useful.

In the spirit of "contacting the source first" I have. This has happened a few
times in the past and I've send a note to IANA about this. What I'm doing here
is asking if others have issues with this.

What I'd expect is that before a DNS delegation is put in place, the WhoIs is
updated as well as any other source of info (the website, I know), and, most
operationally, contact information!

PS - And, I would like to know "who" that string belongs to.

PPS - Here's my whois lookup at 9am (-0500) today.

$ whois -h whois.iana.org XN--J1AMH.
