There is no useful ordering between scripts, and many scripts have non-agreed-on ordering within them. Well, so they have "some information", but not useful to "alphabetize the IDN TLDs" or even "figure out where IDN TLDs appear in a list of all TLDs". None of this has anything to do with DNS operations.
