In addition, to satisfy RFC 6702 ("Promoting Compliance with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)"): If you are personally aware of any IPR that applies to draft-mayrhofer-dprive-padding-profile, has this IPR been disclosed in compliance with IETF IPR rules?
