Since ISPs are doing this themselves already at large scale (use 8.8.8.8 instead of their own), I find the argument for the end user not to do so a little weak. Similarly, having your DNS eavesdropped or filtered by a nation state is putting people at risk too. Enterprise DNS filtering sounds nice until the government uses it as an authoritarian tool.
