I agree and disagree with this Janos. Term limits might well mean somebody good 
gets forced to quit prematurely. On the other hand, they ensure there are 
opportunities to bring in somebody new => fresh approach, new ideas, etc, etc. 
A regular but prudent approach to leadership changes is generally a very 
healthy thing to do: just enough to stop things from getting stale but not 
stopping other talented people from getting a chance to run things.
